CONTINUATION ON THE CAUSES OF ACNE

Contd. on causes of acne

Another cause of acne are Hormones:  As the levels of the hormone rise, especially at the time of menopause and through puberty, oil is created on a much higher level which results in your pores being blocked. Hence the reason why more teenagers are affected than anyone else and also the reason why over the counter solutions are all advertised at teens.
The pores will usually attempt to clean themselves, this, however, is made much harder if they come blocked with oil. Oil, or even dirt, are more than capable of blocking your pores and cause a breakout of acne such as oil of your hair if it hangs down into your face and especially when you touch your face with hands that are not clean.

Amazingly your Diet: It can also attribute to the causes of acne. As always, the skin has to be in tip top shape all the time so it can get to work in unblocking the pores as the pores can be blocked by both oil and dirt. The skin is the biggest organ of the body has, and if it is not been fed right, it won’t perform well. If your diet is high in salt and low in vitamins A, B and E you will be limiting the fundamentals of what your skin needs in order to fend off acne.

Pollution: Smoke, dirt and debris present in the air cause adult acne. You sometimes cannot avoid going to a place with so much pollution that your skin suffers the effects. Adult acne cannot be prevented if this is the cause.

Over-production of oil:There are some people who produce more facial oil than most. When your face is oily, you have more chances of developing a breakout every now and then.

Taking birth control pills: Being on birth control may trigger breakouts. Taking birth control pills causes hormonal changes and imbalance, so whenever you take the Pill, you may notice a pimple or two, or worse, a full-blown breakout. So also the taking of drug toxicity (usually from steroids).
Dehydration:It is also a cause of acne breakouts that is related to your diet plan. Your skin uses perspiration to clear skin pores and if your skin is not properly hydrated then you will find it hard to clear your pores from dirt and oil. If you don’t drink adequate water then your body limits water from your skin and moves it to your internal organs. The quality and health of the epidermis will diminish but not only will you be incapable to fight the reasons of acne but your epidermis will appear a whole lot poorer should you have an outbreak.    There are various causes of acne those detailed above are simply the most common. However, there are several misconceptions in connection with the causes of acne.

The most common belief is that a cause of acne is poor personal hygiene. Cleansing the face makes it possible to fight acne it is not an underlying cause. Hormone surges will still result in you to have acne regardless of how often you wash your face. For most of us struggling with acne is an embarrassing experience which will impact the self-confidence of the victim but what you need to keep in mind is that it is a common condition which affects many people. There are numerous causes of acne and you shouldn’t feel like it is your fault when you get acne. The above causes of acne also happens to an adult.

    1. I remember how vulnerable I felt when I developed acne. The world could literally read my emotional state on my face. When you are already feeling overwhelmed, having something that shows your stress to the world can really feel like the straw that breaks the camel’s back. But, there are natural ways to treat acne quickly that don’t require oral medications or chemicals. Additionally, all of these recommendations will only improve your state of mind and general health, which, ultimately, is the goal.

  3. The popularity of all-natural products has hit all-time highs over the past few years. People have finally become aware of the many common problems associated with processed ingredients.
Often, processed skincare products can do more harm than good. This is not to say an all-natural product is perfect but it definitely has many benefits that a synthetic oriented product is known to possess.
